Meet Maleia Tumolo
Women's health advocate, exercise physiologist, and the woman who decided that no one should have to navigate their health alone.
Maleia Tumolo
Founder Β· Women's Health Initiative Network
She built the thing she wished existed.
Like so many women, Maleia spent years feeling like she was shouting into a void. She had real symptoms, real concerns, and real questions β but too often left appointments with "everything looks fine" and no real direction.
With a background in exercise physiology, she had the knowledge to understand what was happening in her body. But the healthcare system wasn't built to give women the time and space to be fully heard.
So she started doing something powerful: helping the women around her prepare for their appointments. Organizing their symptoms. Coaching them on what questions to ask. Walking them through what their labs actually meant.
The results were transformative. Women started leaving appointments with answers. With referrals. With actual diagnoses. With plans.
That's when she knew she had to build I Need a WHIN.

The values behind every session
You Are Not Imagining It
Your symptoms are real. Your concerns are valid. WHIN starts from a place of radical belief in women's lived experience.
Knowledge Is Power
The more you understand your own health, the better advocate you become. Every session is also an education.
You Deserve a Team
Maleia isn't here to replace your doctors β she's here to help you show up to those appointments fully prepared and confident.
One Clear Next Step
Overwhelm comes from too many options. Maleia's job is to cut through the noise and help you see the single best next move.
Important: What Maleia is not
Maleia is not a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, or licensed clinician. She does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical care of any kind.
What she does do is help you organize your experience, understand your options, and walk into your next appointment as your own best advocate. Think of her as your health prep coach and personal ally β not a replacement for your medical team.
