Sessions are booked through our scheduling platform and paid in advance. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
6. Confidentiality
WHIN treats all health information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
I Need a WHIN and Maleia Tumolo are not liable for any health outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on WHIN sessions or content. You acknowledge that coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical care.
